We utilize a variety of job boards and recruiting platforms to reach potential candidates. Once we identify strong prospects, we reach out and schedule screening calls to assess their alignment with the job requirements and company culture, as well as to share more about Community Health Centers.

We work on any type of role found at Community Health Centers i.e. providers, dentists, behavioral health, admin, etc

It depends on the role and the market. We have an initial call to discuss your needs.  A recruiter will then take on the role of filling your open position(s). The recruiter will work with you to learn more about the position and the company culture. Once the process begins we will ensure to have regular check ins with you to update on progress.
