As Principal Consultant and Founder of CURIS, Shannon plays a dual leadership role—guiding the strategic vision of the organization while also directly supporting client success.
In the role of Founder, Shannon oversees the overall direction and performance of the company, including operations, business development, financial management, and team leadership. She ensures the organization remains mission-driven, fiscally sound, and positioned for sustainable growth.
As Principal Consultant, she leads high-level client engagements, offering expert guidance in areas such as operational improvement, regulatory compliance, clinical transformation, and strategic planning. Collaborating closely with health centers, networks, and healthcare organizations to develop customized solutions that improve care delivery, strengthen performance, and support long-term success.
Shannon has lead CURIS for over 10 years, bringing decades of experience driving clinical, operational, and financial improvements for community health centers, hospitals, PCAs, and HCCNs nationwide. Before co-founding CURIS, Shannon served as Chief Operating Officer and Senior Vice President of Consulting at Centerprise, Inc., where she built and led a nationally recognized consulting division focused on performance enhancement, compliance, and long-term sustainability for health centers.
Shannon has completed more than 250 NCQA PCMH recognitions and transformations, conducted performance assessments for over 300 health centers, and supported the development of clinically integrated networks across the country. Her expertise spans a broad range of areas, including:

Shannon began her career in community health as the Director of Decision Support for Ohio’s largest FQHC, where she led operational and clinical reporting across 15 sites and developed data-driven tools to enhance workflow efficiency and patient care.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Health Services Administration from Georgetown University and a Master’s in Health Administration from Xavier University.
