As Director of Client Engagement at CURIS, Brittany leads the organization’s client experience, marketing strategy, and relationship management efforts, ensuring a seamless and impactful journey for clients and partners. With a strong focus on efficiency, brand strategy, and relationship-building, she plays a central role in shaping how CURIS connects with and supports Federally Qualified Health Centers and healthcare networks nationwide.
In her role, Brittany drives client engagement initiatives from initial outreach through long-term partnership, while also overseeing marketing efforts that elevate CURIS’ visibility and thought leadership within the healthcare space. She collaborates closely with consulting, clinical, and technology teams to ensure alignment between client needs and service delivery, helping translate strategy into meaningful, measurable outcomes. Her cross-functional leadership supports both organizational growth and CURIS’ mission-driven commitment to improving access, quality, and operational performance across the communities it serves.
Brittany entered the health center space in 2016 as Executive Assistant to Shannon Nielson at Centerprise, Inc., where her strong performance and commitment quickly led to a promotion to Operations Manager. In this role, she supported the growth and development of consulting services, gaining hands-on experience in healthcare operations, client engagement, and organizational strategy.
Prior to transitioning into healthcare consulting, Brittany spent eight years at Macy’s Credit and Customer Service Center, where she advanced through roles including Trainer, Supervisor, Instructional Designer, and Business Administrator. During this time, she developed a strong foundation in process improvement, team leadership, project management, and customer experience—skills that continue to influence her approach today.
Brittany began her professional career in education as a first-grade teacher in Florida, where she built a passion for communication, structure, and people development that remains central to her work.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Education from the University of Cincinnati and is passionate about driving efficiency, enhancing client experience, and building strong, scalable business foundations that support meaningful, mission-driven impact in healthcare.
