Kelly brings over a decade of progressive leadership experience in healthcare operations, with a strong focus on strategic planning, organizational growth, and mission-driven care for underserved populations. Currently serving as an Associate Consultant with CURIS Consulting, Kelly partners with health centers across the country to strengthen operations, implement innovative service lines, and drive measurable results through hands-on leadership and a collaborative approach.

Prior to joining CURIS, Kelly held executive roles including Chief Executive Officer at Sapphire Community Health Center and Chief Operations Officer at Northern Nevada HOPES, where they led multi-million dollar operations, oversaw large teams, and championed initiatives in provider recruitment, change management, and continuous quality improvement. Their leadership was instrumental in managing complex systems, including Epic EMR implementation, and in supporting teams through organizational change and rapid growth.

With a career rooted in operational excellence, Kelly also brings valuable experience from the Providence Medical Group, where they directed multiple specialty clinics and spearheaded projects in referral centralization and structural redesign.

A certified LEAN leader and Epic Super-User, she holds an MBA in Healthcare Management from Western Governors University and is deeply committed to building high-performing teams, expanding access to care, and driving positive outcomes in community health.
