Brittany entered the health center space in 2016 as Executive Assistant to Shannon Nielson at Centerprise, Inc., where her strong performance and commitment led to a promotion to Operations Manager. Prior to her transition into healthcare consulting, she spent eight years at Macy’s Credit and Customer Service Center, progressing through roles such as Trainer, Supervisor, Instructional Designer, and Business Administrator. Brittany’s professional journey began in education, teaching first grade in Florida.
Brittany holds a Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Education from the University of Cincinnati and is passionate about driving efficiency, enhancing customer experience, and building strong business foundations.
