Haley Taylor, MBA, MHA

Consultant

Haley is a strategic consultant and transformation leader with over 25 years of experience helping healthcare organizations and businesses make change stick, not just plan for it. Her work sits at the intersection of strategy, operations, and people, with a big focus on aligning leadership, strengthening culture, and turning data into decisions that drive real results.

She has partnered with health systems, community health centers, and organizations that are trying to grow, stabilize, or rethink how they operate. She has stepped in as a fractional leader, working alongside executive teams on everything from business development and strategic planning to program management and performance/process improvement. She is known for being highly practical, grounded in data (“thinking in Excel,” as she likes to say), but always keeping the mission and the people doing the work front and center.

Haley has held leadership roles across healthcare and corporate environments leading enterprise transformation and program management efforts, large-scale mergers and consolidations, operational redesigns, and change management – experiences that influence how she helps organizations navigate complexity today.

She has Master’s Degrees in Business Administration and Healthcare Administration (MBA, MHA) from Xavier University in Cincinnati, Ohio, as well as a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.

At the end of the day, Haley cares deeply about helping leadership teams do meaningful work in a way that’s sustainable, mission-aligned, and impactful for both the organization and the communities they serve.
