We recommend a minimum contract term of 3 months, with most interim contracts averaging 6-12 months. After the initial term, we also offer month-to-month extensions as needed. This ensures ample time for the hiring process, onboarding, and training to support a smooth transition.
Our consultants utilize a combination of scheduled team calls, one-on-one meetings, real-time issue resolution, and deliverable completion to effectively support your team remotely. We have found that remote collaboration works seamlessly with health center teams. Additionally, onsite visits help build strong relationships with team members and provide valuable insights into daily operations.
Yes! If you prefer to keep the hiring process in-house, our consultants can participate in or even conduct interviews, providing recommendations on the best candidates based on their assessments.
